I was so well with the Samsung 55H6470 the chance to convince me that LED LCD TV in 2014 are equivalent to the plasma.

Samsung sets the H6470 on the Edge of lighting, in the 6 Series but without local dimming. The latter is not so bad, because the H6470 is homogeneously illuminated: Really flashy Lichwolken you search in vain - perhaps but who looks like a hawk after that will the one or the other a little brighter place ...
The parallel I tested LG 55LB650V hinterlies by far a much worse impression - who has seen this, who knows how to appreciate the lighting of the H6470 verily!
So far, one could ask at the praise, why do I still forgive only three stars for this TV - I'll tell you from now:
In football look I noticed that during camera movement there is something wrong - "oh, the display is dirty," I thought to myself. So I got up, but saw nothing. Strangely, this effect repeated itself ...
We are talking about the so called dirty screen effect - short DSE - this makes moving images and panning the camera noticeable - you get the feeling that there is between glass and the panel dust.
Unfortunately had the H6470 to equal several places - Watching football was very exhausting, the effect was unfortunately very clear - annoying!
In the current H-Series Samsung relies on the so-called VA panels, this should, as offer a significantly better black level the previous panels.

The 55H6470 is a very good home theater TV for HD material - also digital cable material he mastered very well. The motion reproduction and sharpness is very fluid!
The panel illumination is on a very high level - unfortunately takes the dirty screen effect is very clear on - particularly annoying for football fans.
The black level is absolutely sovereign - but by then with only slightly from optimal angles to lose different seating positions in full - here the V-Panel shows its strength.
Who sits frontally watching television which has the H6470 his delight - who, however, has a couch or U-set pushes frustration because you have to leave from the spectators like the pages questions like "is the TV broken?". ..
