I would give these settlers extension immediately all five stars, because every owner of the settlers basic game enhanced with this extension his game definitely on. It is great fun even beyond the borders of Catan island addition to ships and to explore new islets. On these islands, there is also still a new very interesting commodity. The beauty is that you can make the board very individual and so the build-up already great fun. I give this version but only 4 stars because the compatibility leaves to be desired. When suddenly the whole design of the settlers moved Games and are now used instead of wood plastic figures, we were very disappointed, now that you could not mix the versions. Well, we have bitten the bullet and bought the new settlers. But that's not all ... when you unpack this game we had to realize that yet another design change was carried out, although you can combine the two versions, however, the landscapes colors and drawings not fit 100% to our not yet very old Version.
