Max Payne - Zeitluppenballern at its best!

I have both Max Payne and Max Payne 2, both played through and was at that time very inspired mainly by the idea! I personally especially the 1er really liked.
and of course I also treated myself to the third part !! Meanwhile, I have Max Payne 3 played through and wanted to reveal what I think.

Menu 4/5 stars

The menu of Max Payne is kept simple and short. In the background is Max Payne matching the current mission depending Whisky Drink, suit stand and look cool etc. etc. This will be accompanied familiar from the standard music of the 1st part. In itself, a very pleasant and easy to use menu with which I was always satisfied. Only the load times have nerfed me something ... but it was ok.

Story 3/5 stars

The story of Max Payne is now not the best but it works. Briefly ... Max Payne is hired as a security of a rich family in Brazil in order to protect them from criminal activities. It also travels occasionally back into the past and see how Max Payne has drunk to the wreck because even his wife and child are dead ... and until then he could still not processed this. Will be accompanied by his colleague Max Payne "Pasos", which is composed to hunt for the criminal underworld of Sao Paulo with you. That's about it. I will not tell because I would otherwise spoil more :)

Graphics / Design 4/5 stars

Max Payne 3 looks really good ... I'm no expert but I think the majority of fans will be thrilled! In particular, the area I find very appropriate elected ... there gloomy places how you have to fight through but she knows from 1er also sunny slums where. The facial expression is also pretty good and seems genuine. Just as the movements of both the normal and the Bullet Time is always kreeirt credible and high quality.

Story Mode custom I no longer explain ... Score Attack as the name suggests is the goal here to get the highest possible score to light.
Man playing the same missions as the story mode and get for example Kills per headshot or Bullet Time more points etc. etc. These scores can you compare online then. A minute in New York is similar to the Score Attack merely here is your enemy the time! Pro getötetem opponents you gain extra time ... So the goal is to have as much time as possible at the end of the passageway.

I find the Zusatzmodis unfortunately somewhat boring ... you play the same missions as the story mode and that is why they have not inspired me to tackle ... but if you like high scores and the arcade is very well served.

Gameplay 5/5

At the gameplay of Max Payne was not changed much. it is still propagated very well and smoothly to play. I personally found especially well-chosen checkpoints commendable. The Bullet Time is of course the highlight of Max Payne and makes real to gamble fun !!! Was introduced the so called what I would call it "survival phase" ... when you die and a Painkiller still in Peto had then you have shot the opponent of you an opportunity gun down before Max Payne falls to the ground, so that you then continue playing can and not a Game Over will get ... I find ne cool and fair idea.

Appearance / presentation 5/5

So Max Payne has in my opinion, simply called a great idea with the Bullet Time into gamer life and that's why I personally have to praise this as well. The bullet time in Max Payne 3 looks exactly like niceness ... it is nice to shoot it at the enemy and it does so even in slow motion. The animations, bullet holes and the dialogues leads the Max Payne with himself or with others are so well thought out and often even funny it every fan a smile on the lips .. conjures it everything is just right in my opinion ... just like de chosen area and the personal midlife crisis of Max Payne ... it everything is just right. In addition, even for a short time and gets tackled and explained how Max Payne let himself go so. The music must be in addition praise ... incredibly well right music to the situation !! one wants quasi not stop playing the game only because there is a so entrains and casts a spell without you notice it myself.

Conclusion:

I give Max Payne 3 4 out of 5 stars. Max Payne 3 is just strong in many ways !! but why I give only 4 and not 5 stars ??? This has the background to the story because some were still making and the Modis have personally not convinced me. From gameplay and appearance Max Payne is super strong !! you get through the "ideas" of Max Payne with as much and can be in his skin as well as purely offset in only a few other games that have been produced to date. Who has been waiting for a "shooter" games of a different kind as well as action, is a gloomy and negative humor over not averse is very well served with Max Payne 3 !! I would recommend this game to anyone.
