George Duke is a genius, perhaps you doubt it? so listen to this opus which is one of his best with "The Aura Will Prevail."

His group at the moment is simply impressive:
The presence of bassist Alphonso Johnson (Weather Report) / George Johnson on guitar.
Leon "Ndugu" Chancler on drums / percussion Airto Moreira / virtuoso guitarist Daryl Stuermer (the Genesis group) / Ruth Underwood (ex-Zappa) on vibraphone.

When George Duke recorded "Liberated Fantasies" in 1976, he had in mind to head for an R & B music (his main goal at the time) ,. Liberated Fantasies is primarily an instrumental jazz fusion album, although three of Morceux are directly inspired by R & B.
The singer Napoleon Brock is present on the track "Tryin & Cryin 'and the voice of Duke on his funky" Do not Be Shy "and" Seeing You "will give listeners a taste of her album Reach For It ( 1977).

At the same time, his skills as a keyboardist merger are illustrated with instrumental pieces.
