I had already, in another context with the "big brother" of the "soft touch" contact (I think it was the E2 Elite) and now was the soft touch via Amazon Vine (ie free) after I previously already it had looked at elsewhere once because generally interested me TENS. For this purpose one must know: TENS is very simplistic "muscle stimulation by electric shocks." I know I'm going to order these devices not very fair, but for purposes of explanation should be enough. For the "soft touch" you have to know now that it is a pure entry-level model, in which the expectations (also due to the fairly low price) should be rather low. You get here, what you pay for: Beginners technology with entry functions with beginners optics and beginners robustness. Omron can (you see it on the more expensive models) everything much better, stronger, more durable, more efficient and more varied. BUT: In the introduction to the subject, it is sufficient. For 30 to 40 euros you get here a compact size and look perhaps getting used "cheap" acting device that provides a very simple, but nonetheless effective "massage" by mini electric shocks by means of two electrodes. Here, the used "shock" or the stimulation current intensity depending on the set so weak that can be described as "pleasant" feel when applying thoroughly. The aim of treatment is to relax or to unblock, to promote blood circulation and act diffuse pain against the affected muscles. I liked (though in a far more targeted applied form) helped a stimulation current therapy or TENS very well in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome. In terms of effectiveness, however the ghosts - also in terms of compatibility. I know people who do not abkönnen the stimulation current. Therefore, it makes sense, with a "soft touch" or the like to test first whether there is anything at all, before going into the more expensive device classes. For me at least the diffuse stabbing pain in the wrist by an electrical stimulation treatment and a parallel cold therapy was (which can of course not provide soft touch) significantly alleviated. The simple appearance of the "soft touch" continues in its features: It offers five levels of intensity and three programs (for shoulders, back, soles of the feet). On "frills" like real massage programs or particularly high-quality electrode has been omitted - here you get just the base model. In conclusion but this is the basic model of which at least 4 stars. Whether these are retained, which comes directly depend on whether the device by also holds regular operation in our household. While we have various Omron products with us that keep some for years (by), but you never know. I will of course post here eventual feedback. Until then, I remain in the face of, I believe, than "okay" to be designated value and the limited but good Grundrepertoir the device at first, 4 stars.
