Very big disappointment

I trusted the brand reputation and I find myself with inefficient mower.
I'm spending 10 or 20 times in the same place in all directions but there is always hair who manage to escape the mower.
I do not know where the problem, if the shoe or blades, I just find that after slaving myself for half an hour, I must resume the mower or some scissors later to remove all still tuft.
