I bought this book hoping to find my account with the 300 proposed exercises. But after receiving it I quickly became disillusioned: - Absence of program: exercises are given organization without consulting them or evolution over time; - Absence of muscular pattern: worked muscles are not presented on a skinned; - Complicated vocabulary for insiders: lack of education; - Specification of the icons of each exercise are poorly chosen and difficult to spotted. I do not advice the purchase of this book for beginner or uninitiated like me.
