Concrete Rose unfortunately does not come entirely at Ashanti's self-titled album ran. I'm here once only 4 stars because I find some tracks are not very good, just good. with shut down the CD starts a bit slow. Only U, however, has that little fire. Focus is quite good with the time has I liked it better. Do not Let Them, (the best song on the record in my opinion) has captivated me immediately. the 2 following tracks are not just bombs but they are ok. nähchste the climax is "U". then come back 2 moderate songs. "so hot" follows and speaks for itself :). "Do not leave me alone" and "freedom" are actually quite nice, and then there's a bonus track with R.Kelly, the quite good kommt.von r.kelly between Ashanti and I would have liked more releases.
total makes the cd fun to listen, and also has one or the other serious message.
I have the skits just once intentionally omitted from this review, because I find that are relatively irrelevant.
to cover, I must say that's made really nice. the inlay are all lyrics and there are intervening professional photos of Ashanti. on the CD is on it a pink rose and if you take the CD out is behind only lifeless concrete. a cool idea, I think.
