The fascinating nature of a tropical island is the venue for an exciting colonization. Beautifully designed landscape cards in three Hexagon Shape are gradually placed against one another, in a later phase of the game even partially superimposed, so that a beautiful almost three-dimensional landscape of forest, meadows, lakes, rocks as well as fire-breathing volcanoes (somehow even a bit too much) arises. With a small hut the game ends found their first settlement. More and more grow the small villages until they can eventually be extended to the beautifully landscaped wooden temples or -Türmen. These landforms can speak cultured appropriately, are overbuilt in the game. So can ever part of a settlement of the opponents Sichen settlers expel again, it being understood that any cultural or religious buildings may be destroyed. The first player installed three types of buildings typically meet, or win if no more landscape tiles are available you win if you could build the most temples. Tactical considerations are indeed nullified by the unfortunately merciless uncertainty of a volcanic eruption often (and the opponents provoke certainly as a Lavaausschüttung), but their own projects can also back up just by the thwarting of enemy plans. There is a constant back-and-forth with sometimes surprising to win decisive mergers separately erbauter settlements. A nice game with relatively balanced tactics and luck shares. 1/2007, Uli Geissler, Freelance Journalist, play and culture educator, Fürth / Bay.
