Have been about 8 weeks 'full' entered on Low Carb. Apart from a bit of honey yoghurt - curd - Fruits - Mix and 2 sugar cubes morning coffee fürn virtually no KH! Apart from the natural into the food of course. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruit. Then follows the same fish, meat, dairy products. Make every day a 10km speed training. So ... and what sweet I want him some day in between. Therefore, this pudding is for Low carb suitable. Replaces often my food before the training. Hab then really less hungry and therefore come evening with light fare very well :) Who makes ne low carb diet or similar place very badly to what to satisfy the hunger for sweets. This makes it possible pudding (chocolate is good too;)) mixes it to me always with soy milk, yogurt and cottage cheese (all lean level). It saturates very long! TIP! With fruit and cinnamon of pure enjoyment. Try everything just my opinion and experience with it ... Same time :)
