This double CD contains, in my view two very different albums. The first, "Happy People", is like a modern version of Marvin Gaye's "I Want You" - a mix of sex-oriented mid-tempo songs that really makes a lot of fun after repeated listening and familiarization. Especially the title "If", as well as "Happy People" stand out for me as being particularly well. "Happy People" linked almost all the tracks together logically, just as you know the yes of the good old Marvin Gaye discs. Now to the second CD, the better for me. "U Saved Me" has absolutely blew me away really. The album consists of 10 songs, all of which, have faith in God on the subject in any manner, as the name suggests. The lyrics are very simple, but very vividly and incisively. The melodies, harmonies and arrangements are all absolutely first class for me and convincing. Just the right thing to cruise at sunset with a pretty woman in the car through the city. Conclusion: Very good album of R. Kelly, the well must be seen within the range of his last albums TP2-Com and Chocolate Factory, but is something conceptual. Who concept albums in general do not like, you should first test might hear firstonce. All others: check or croak.
