I am personally surprised that not, because XP is nearly 10 (!) Years old and that an operating system does not last forever and will likely support be clear to everyone. It's just like with anything in life. XP was a good operating system, and then the investment was a good deal and paid for itself so, because many other investments do not last as long.
Therefore, it surprises me that people actually get upset over that XP is not supported. Windows 98 has not kept nearly as long, yet no one has since complained that it is no longer supported. Whoever comes with the argument that no operating system is as good as XP, and Vista / Win 7 are only scrap should, please sit down again at the Stammtisch. Vista is at least better than its reputation, but at the latest at the next level of Windows 7 operating systems has been reached. I want to now start any operating systems debate because it does not belong here and that everyone can read themselves. Just this: you stubborn XP-trailer escapes with Windows 7 a really great operating system that beats XP in every respect. Look over your nose and if you do not want that: Be as fair and chalk it a game from the year 2010 is not that it no longer supports an operating system from 2001.

The copyright issue is indeed highly topical at the moment. Unlike Ubisoft a unique online connection via Steam for activation is only necessary here. This is perfectly fine, because after activating an online connection is no longer required, you just have to start Steam in offline mode.

You can expect a fantastic island (with smaller surrounding islands, as it were, an "island braid"), which is more than 1,000 square kilometers in size and freely accessible. There are all climates and regions (tropical beach, desert, mountains with snow and ice, etc.) are the wonderfully converted and enlivened. In short graphic is perfect.
On this amazing island you will find a number of main and side missions, so that one is busy indefinitely with the game, if you really want to discover everything. For example, hidden in the island braid the island from the TV series "Lost". The missions were however a bit more varied and with more depth, story can be.
It makes a lot of fun on the island just once to wreak havoc and blow stuff up in the air, Hollywood says hello :) The Griffin hooked with which just about anything can attack, can be used wonderful and the many cars (as in action games common control is a bit spongy) round the whole off.
In addition to the not quite as engaging storyline / missions my second point of criticism is the Artificial Intelligence. This has occasionally misfiring, so that an opponent z. B. BEFORE the cover hiding instead behind or a friendly person running in your bullets.
However, these two points of criticism does not keep me from a 5 star rating from, because I still have a lot of fun to the game. Of course, I have not yet played the game, but just "alluded" times, because there is just so damn much to discover (playing time = 100 hours)! So far, no crashes or bugs (apart from the aforementioned AI dropouts), therefore fully satisfied. The German version is not the way cut.
Conclusion:
Anyone who only rudimentary action like the game should not be missed. Bombastic (even inszenierbare) Action encounters a free walk gorgeous island.
