- Who determines whether the defective unit may be repaired nor, a replacement unit is provided, or the reimbursement intervenes?
From this the following, specific questions are derived from:
- As long as the manufacturer offers repair, ERGO acquires within the term of the insurance (2-3 years beyond the manufacturer's warranty) repair costs in full?
- As long as the model is available on the open market, ERGO acquires within the term of the insurance (2-3 years beyond the manufacturer's warranty) the replacement of the machine full?

"The repair / adjustment is free for you. You have no deductible."
Within the warranty period of the manufacturer's me no scenario can be seen, where one remains as a regular customer covered by the guarantee without desecrating machine. The following case study:
- Coffee Machine Saeco HD8753 / 95 at the original price of 479, - Euro
- Serious shortage (electronic failure, brewing unit faulty etc.) in a 3 year extended warranty: repair costs 250 euros
In reference to the tee "5th year (after purchase) = 40% of the purchase price" results in an economic total loss at jedwedem repair costs from 191,60 Euro. What is the procedure here? Repair or refund?
If the refund takes: like this does not eienr deductible through the back door? Finally, with no co-payment by the customer yes no machine erlangbar, right?
