I was surprised to discover that many concepts related to Buddhism and meditation are common to many personal development books, such as the need to be proactive and actor of his life and of his destiny, the ability and the spirit choose the answer he will give to external constraints, as theorized psychologist Viktor Frankl, the need to continuously improve to achieve better be ourselves, the more effective it will to change and create the structure rather than fix the problems as developed The Path of Least Resistance, etc.
This book nevertheless opens me to a vast universe completely new, that I approach with great excitement and pleasure, as every time I land on a new continent virgin :). Meditation seems to be an extremely interesting avenue to explore to become a better me, that seems to enter in total synergy with my goals and my life, and many more benefits proven by numerous scientific studies.
I recommend this book to anyone wishing to explore in more detail the nature of their mind. This book could be the door to a new universe to explore for many of us.
