This book presents the practice tantric and Dzogchen in a rather original way, since oscillates between formal presentation and personal stories of Namkhai Norbu, which illustrate certain points and plunge into the atmosphere of Tibet and very special religion, full of wonder and miracles. I rather regret the dimensions of the book, because I would have liked more information on some chapters, but for this introduction is very suitable. Note that I enjoyed the last text given in the Annex, the attitude of the mind during meditation, and is very accurate.
