The product is for me a big help but I have to say that I've never made it to the end. After a maximum of (perceived) 20 minute I fall asleep. (No Joke) After a few minutes the relaxation begins with me to effect and then feel I am always more comforting and secure. So far, I've been there before only falling asleep applied. Perhaps I turn it sometimes in the afternoon on so I mitbekomme the last part also deliberately.
