2) Size / Dimensions: As indicated the battery is significantly higher - about twice as thick as the original - and visually sure that does not look very great. But I find it pleasant to the touch, because the laptop keyboard is now slightly bent and for cooling it is terrific. So, too, is a 100% advantage for me. I never went there at the laptop but a question that I had brought him into a small bag, it is as light as possible ... I have a 17-inch model, in which the weight in the first place is difficult. User with other demands could size / weight of this battery might interfere.
3) Battery life: The most important issue. I have read in detail that the battery will bring a period of 8-10 hours. My fellow students have many Apple MacBooks and are awesome from the battery life and also in the range of 8-10 hours, depending on the MacBook. What I had not considered was that the non-continuous operation have in the battery during the lectures, the display brightness usually have very reduced and often close the laptop in between. So really create a long day at school (8-10 hours) without reloading.
When I had this battery charged for the first time, I managed not 2 hours. I then found out that Samsung has pre-installed the program Battery Life Extender, which ensures that the battery is being charged only 80%. He should keep it longer. I have that now but corrected to 100%. If I really continuously working at full screen brightness, I get 3-4 hours on a single charge. If I only partially had the laptop during lectures / exercises in operation, folded in between the display down turn, it also keeps really loose one day through.
So I'm currently very happy with this battery time and can recommend it thoroughly.
