Actually, you can do with it, what you can do with sugar. If I need icing sugar, the appropriate amount is in the food processor and in a few seconds is the pulverized erythritol. After eating one has a slightly cool feeling in the mouth, I find it very enjoyable. The taste and sweetness are very similar to table sugar and it tastes neither chemically (eg. As aspartame, saccharin ...) still bitter as Stevia. highly recommended. I want to trade with all baking recipes and desserts from the Sugar and many have not even noticed. Have fun trying !!!!
