Better than Tolino Vision 1, worse than Kindle Paperwhite 2

For several months of the Kindle Paperwhite 2 is now in our use and completely convincing. The display is super high contrast in normal and weak sunlight, the lighting is switchable coverage properly and the color very pleasant. It's even noticed until now no ghosting. He works fast (Flip over menu navigation, connection to the PC) and properly along with Calibre. Is only a nuisance, that there is no overview of the most recently read books, like for example the Moon Reader for Android.

Previously, I had tested two alternative ereader, but not come close to the quality of the Kindle:

1) Tolino Vision 1

- Strong ghosting
- Blurred font edges
- Slowly
- Connection via USB cable to the PC worked not once
- File transfer worked only via SD card and card reader on your PC
- Display not optimally illuminated

2) Kobo Aura

- Very nice look and feel
- Lightweight and small
- Border-free display
- Sharp font edges
- No ghosting
- Easy connection to the PC
- Display illumination is not optimal
- Display without lighting to low contrast somewhat
- The display is significantly better than that of Tolino vision, even if it is still a pearl and not Carta; Nevertheless, the Kindle display is the aura still a revelation

The Kindle is the way to use fine without Internet connection and no user account. Even dictionaries are preinstalled (eg German-English, German-English) and alternative Dictionaries easy to install it.
