Blatant quality bandwidth

We have this glass set now ordered exactly twice, once in May and now in June again. The second order was because we loved completely from the first. Not so of the final order, which is now also gone therefore back: After one rinse in the machine two glasses were underway inside and filled with a little water, one of which had a like 'gnawed' on top of that well in this case, also responsible for the flooding recorded. All glasses had been given completely intact into the machine. The first six glasses, however, have already been used and machine washed countless times - without the slightest problem.

No idea what Bodum doing there, such a quality variation can not be accepted in any case. We are willing to pay the asking price when the goods of the invitation, which is it worth it to us.

In retrospect, we noticed that all the glasses of the poor second delivery outside at the top had a revolving small bead, the shows, none of the first six. Whether there is a relationship, we do not know. We advise in any case all other buyers, equal to eighth during unpacking for such a bulge and possibly to draw the consequences.

The reversal by Amazon is not yet fully completed because Hermes transported not very fast (back), but the purchase price refund has already taken place.

And now we are pondering: Are we there yet dare again? (The replacement of an option was not offered!) Nice glasses really are. And practically, even if they work. Therefore, 5 stars for the first six, one for the second and six from the section: Three.
