... Long live Blind Guardian! Ok, I admit I have been waiting for a Imaginations ...- successor. But honestly: BG are nunmal known that no album are alike (from Battalions and follow perhaps apart). Sure, a new Somewhere or Imaginations album would be great, but that everything was already. The old days are now times over. For me personally Beyond beats but new bridges, leaving the total failure A Twist forget definitively. Tracks that remind me strongly of Nightfall alternate with genuine partially real neck breakers. Also a beautiful ballad takes place. The are no catchy passages exist that remain directly in the ear, I can not confirm. Of this there is in my opinion heaps. Certainly also this album is initially not easy to digest. But one has taken the time and know it is a revealed the diversity that I find seldom boring. Even after frequent listening one discovers some new facets. Mag so many die-hard fans turn away from from me. I am also one, but I know a Somewhere Imaginations or reissue it not just give. Beyond ... is definitely a great album (the best since Thomens departure) and taking me place behind Imaginations and before Somewhere a!
