Blood Fire War Hate & other brutalities

From the first to the second, the second and third ... until now 6th album has soulfly continuously developed. The former alternative- band has created conquer a trash album to measure. It can not be compared with the previous Dark Ages, the sound is less full, the riffs less heroic.

Conquer convinced definitely its high musical quality, in particular by fast pace in many songs. Max's voice lets slowly, sounds like a harsh screams from afar, yet it remains the soul of the band.
Negative I rate the lyrics, too much war, too much carnage, where is the variety, creativity?

After the first listen I was disappointed, slowly pleasantly surprised after the third hearing, after listening 5. I wanted to explain it the best album of the band and mitlerweile, I would classify it into the middle of the 6 Soulfly- albums.

Conclusion: a purchase is worth it, but if you're hoping to musical subtleties as of prophecy or Dark Ages, which is left here rather down.
