Bomberman in a new guise

First of all, Bomberman is one of the cult games par excellence, which remains indisputable. I was skeptical about how well the game looks on the Wii, so I summarize here my first impression once:

The graphics in typical Japanese style. Garish colors, everything is colorful. Visually, the graphics are certainly not a wii maximum level, who attaches importance to a great look, take the needs at stake compromise.
For single player mode I can (still) do not say much, I have only alluded to it briefly. It always starts in a sort of capital, of which one goes to the individual worlds and there needs to complete various missions.
Classic is of course the multiplayer mode for up to 4 players. This mode is as simple as it is ingenious. Different level designs can be selected, plus there are plenty of power-ups. Refreshingly, the different "features" in the levels: Thus, for example paddles for catapulting bombs are used and thanks tunnel or trapdoors simple running paths can lead to unexpected adrenaline rush.
The pity is that there is no online game mode, there is still strong pent-up demand for Wii games.
Worth mentioning are the many many small mini-games, this change is called for. However, one should mention fairness that offer almost nothing new these games, many of these mini-games are already known by other Wii titles.
The current price of about 50 euros is completely covered for me. One should consider whether a the game so much money is really worth, or you prefer a while waiting until the price drops.

My personal conclusion:
Especially the multiplayer mode ensures plenty of fun and excitement and the many adjustment options to level design let the floodgates open to exciting duels. The normal single-player mode could not tear me from the stool. By contrast, offers a wide selection of mini-games again a welcome change.
I admit the title 4 stars because it indeed has great weaknesses in singleplayer, but in multiplayer it can shine all the more. So if you have any players who should consider if the game his (high) price is worth it.

Meanwhile, I can also evaluate the single player mode. If the game only consist of it, then there would be only 1 star.
It takes forever to get has struggled through the whole intro videos that can not be canceled by the way, you just have to watch all the way to the end. Furthermore, simply annoy the completely mindless and lengthy cutscenes. The mini-games are quite nice, Birgen partially but little new.
