Bug makes impossible to continue

The game itself is not that bad (possibly 3.5 stars) where there are much better Schleich Games!
Metal Gear Solid (all parts), the Splinter Cell series (except the most recent ones) ... In Thief there are some ways the levels to "Phantom", "hunter" ect. and to master 100%, which has a certain claim and replayability. Also, there are very cool locations, only these are unfortunately kept in always the same monotonous night-gray-blue. On the Game must not go into it. Just few Let's Play's look.

But now to my real criticism: the support for the game is really bad!

For me the game from Level 5 fell from always. I have completed this castle from the Baron and the loading screen, the game hangs then on. So support Sqare Enix contacted, after a week the message that "Koch Media," was responsible for the support in Germany. So KOCH MEDIA written ... no response ... written after 3 weeks again ... again no answer! This is now almost 3 months ago! So long can not take that!

There is also a patch for the game, which remedies the problem, compared to the PC version.

Conclusion: once again a semi-finished product, the money simply is not worth it if you can not even finish the story!
