The main difference is the pin which is the note there. That being said, I use it almost never.
A direct comparison seems to me the writing on the tab 3 display a little sharper in front.
The difference in memory I perceive not. The tablets are mainly used for reading and writing messages. With the display I am very satisfied with both devices.
I have long wrestled with the Nexus. The 7 inches were me but then too little.
