As someone who very deliberately feeds and emphasis on a healthy diet, I am delighted that the BB Genics High Protein 91 manages virtually no carbohydrates and fats, while not disputed sugar substitutes (eg glucose syrup, sucralose, etc.) contains. At the recommended dosage I do not consider myself, what does it matter that I already many amino acids and vegetable protein to take me through my normal diet. With four tablespoons per day in the smoothie I feel after a workout, and especially the day after really well. In my dosage the powder is very productive, and the flavor goes well with my smoothies. If the box is empty, I will still try strawberry.
