As someone who very deliberately feeds and emphasis on a healthy diet, I am delighted that the BB Genics High Protein 91 manages virtually no carbohydrates and fats, while not disputed sugar substitutes (eg glucose syrup, sucralose, etc.) contains. Although the motive of the packaging is too American for my taste, I got involved because of the ingredient list on a test. When I had the feeling during a muscle building phase about five weeks ago, not to comply sufficiently with normal diet of stress, my test model came in handy. I felt too exhausted after training and in some cases even when I would get sick. Here I eat well balanced. I belong to the people who read the ingredient list before each grocery purchase. When in doubt, I research, I do not know if an ingredient or I am unsure. There are the usual suspects, the principle I avoid and those that I try to avoid, but tolerated now and then. And I'm not idealistic, but to study situation before. Although I prefer it, of course, but if in doubt, I have nothing against artificial flavors, as long as they are not suspected of being carcinogenic or bring other risks. BB Genics High Protein 91 cuts according to my standards from largely good, although my example, the sense of added ascorbic not obvious. Since ascorbic acid is used as an antioxidant in numerous foods, every person in the western world accepts anyway already inevitably more vitamin C to a head when necessary. When my diet more components are the same redundant, but when I looked at the other protein powder, I realized quickly that there is no reason to complain. I opted for the flavor Cocos as I mix the powder into smoothies. At the recommended dosage I do not consider myself, what does it matter that I already many amino acids and vegetable protein to take me through my normal diet. With four tablespoons per day in the smoothie I feel after a workout, and especially the day after really well. In my dosage the powder is very productive, and the flavor goes well with my smoothies. If the box is empty, I will still try strawberry.
