Convenient but nothing special

We have the protective grille mounted in a passage before the actual staircase. We have not screwed, just jammed and so far holds it. Our daughter has also been frequently raised in the grid, without that there were problems. Nevertheless, I would never be screwed without install it directly into a stairway. The risk that it might at some point gives the fidgeting of a child and child together crashing down the stairs, I would really be great.
The price is in relation to other systems in order, even though I do not understand why this rather simplistic designed aluminum mesh are so high priced.
