The initial retrofit is pretty straightforward, but it bothers that you can only use the "socket pin". Screws are not possible. You realize then that a different position of the fan would be more meaningful after installation, the fun begins: the supplied bolts are made of a very inflexible plastic, so that one must be extremely careful not to break the head of the bolt when disassemble. I was able to remove only one bolt undamaged despite all precautions. Luckily I had a few more bolts of older orders left. I realize that the Shadow Wings series, the "cheaper" is in the range, but you really had to save on plastic material in this area Milli penny? The cables act also considerably cheaper and worthless, but ok, somewhere one must get shown that one has chosen to Skoda, instead of VW.
The loudness is my opinion minimally higher than at the Silent Wings, but is still ok.
If in the future again pending a plug-in fan and tag, then certainly not with the Shadow Wings.
