Customer Review

Already the debut of SULPHUR AEON has powerful impression on me three years ago - and the successor GATEWAY TO THE ANTISPHERE does exactly up where the debut left off. Your style, the three Lovecraft disciples not changed significantly, in direct comparison GATEWAY TO THE ANTISPHERE but maybe a tick more varied.

The devastating and crushing sound is certainly good and evil like the big old himself just beyond, the songs are catchy and tear already on the first pass with mercilessly.
The new material is quite diverse and always makes for moments of tension, but the new songs get to the point, yet there is always a "red thread" basis. GATEWAY TO THE ANTISPHERE is catchy without being predictable - and makes both beer Seeliger round as alone under the headphone fun!

Had SULPHUR AEON already must certify with this interim conclusion to have presented works of recent years with the present album of the strongest Death Metal, just now comes something about what's going on many bands: real atmosphere.
The bizarre and insane cosmology Lovecrafs is conveyed perfectly by the sound of SULPHUR AEON, while the men also show that you can add sound to the monolithic (tentacle rich) chaos of Ry'ley not only, but are also capable of more like Fantasy reminiscent of Lovecraft's story as "The Dream search for the unknown Kadath" can implement in their style.

All in all, we make a long story short, the debut was strong, with GATEWAY TO THE SULPHUR ANTISPHERE include AEON no ifs and buts about the importance to present Death Metal / Blackened Death Metal troops.
