Here the original response from Tara: "With regard to the return costs, we hereby inform you that these have to be borne by you (see our Terms returning from abroad), but we will pay the shipping costs for the new delivery of the unit."
- Tara suggested as replacement before another as the equipment purchased. Only on demand was the reason: the original device was sold.
Who ordered here must be able to live with this customer orientation!
