first class. after reading reviews I was careful with the temperature - and it exceeded my expectations. schmeissts please all teflon and stainless steel pans away .... the 28's almost too big for me. So'll still buy the 24er me. but otherwise - so cook fun ...... the price is indeed making enormous - but the thing survived with proper treatment generations.
