The new album of the Irish folk-rockers "Fiddler's Green" called "Another Sky" was released on October 2. As a fan, I had to get hold of me on that day already. The album (15 tracks, 58 minutes of playing time) is a continuous development of the well-known sounds, now sounds a little more professional. The band has remained faithful thankfully their line, but can also captivate with some experiments / innovations. Partial bit rockier as Track 1 (No buts about it) and track 10 (knock on wood), sometimes even with mystical sounds as Track 3 (Aother sky) and track 5 (Storm inside), but mainly with the usual Fiddler's Sound as Track 2 (Queen of Argyll), which is by the way free for download at [...] ready, Track 6 (Donkey riding) or Track 8 (Ramblin Rover) presents the new album. The potential for one of the best Fiddler's songs has track 13 (The Athole Highlanders / High Road to Linton), reminiscent of "the real jig bag". The album is really an absolute feast for the ears, which has to do without the sound of the band without gewohten enough variety. For those who Fiddler's Green should not know: you can expand your horizons with this album!
