Because of the good reviews I decided for this product and am very happy with it. You can feel the pull immediately the orderly because what is removed from the steel if you about pulling the knife and the knife are immediately noticeable schärfer.Ich have a Damastmesser ground but because you realize that this steel is wesendlich harder than the normal diameter and not so much is removed from the steel. But again, the knife was clear to me schärfer.Könnte imagine at such hard steels the sharpening steel has a significantly shorter service life and I still additionally a grindstone kaufe.Aber for daily use this sharpening steel top.
