About 2 years ago I decided for me to deal with my little conscious health and related circumstances. So first had to be monitored and recorded regularly the weight. The first year I have done that with a mechanical scale (medical quality) and a small notebook. Then I have the data entered once per week in my PC and thus visualized my body weight trend. Then, when in early 2012 the first Withings scale offered with direct interface to the iPhone, I was able to save all this effort. Meanwhile, I also own the sphygmomanometer of Whiting (wireless) as well as the new pulse O2 Aktivitytracker. In the new web interface of Withings I now have all my measurements clearly in one spot.
