The videos can - as in the nature of the library - be accessed and that a "stream" --- that is, a permanent connection is required for this. Surprisingly, I find that it is also possible widget video to the device. (I have the starting time with a 90 minute movie, but after 10 minutes Download - a good Wi-Fi -. I've canceled)
(+/-) The selection of available videos I find rather clearly.
(+) Important to me personally, above all, reports. Here you clearly through the App Benefits
(-) Menu is spartan, from optics ago (on a 10 '' tablet) pixel ugly and not really intuitive to use; In short menu I feel rather than imposition. (Certainly this is a purely subjective feeling, when I formulate the so drastically)
(+), It is (as indicated above) is also possible on the device to a video store.
(+) If a movie / show you Jointer times, you get next time you open the app that asks whether you want to continue at the site. => I find suuuuper !!!
(+/-) From Child Protection Laws some programs (Crime, Thriller) usually only from 20.15 are available. Since the app can nothing for, but this scheme I find annoying high ten. Always.
(-) Live Stream: Watch LIVE broadcasts, is currently not possible with Kindle Fire. Sometimes you can hear the sound, but the picture remains black. If one plays the video with VLC Player (app!), You get a picture, but a distorted, grossly-pixelated ...
Live Stream would now not my preferred option required, but if this offer is made in the menu already, it should work.
Overall rating:
==============
Round 3 stars, could not be better. If livestream and menu (usability) are still angekaßt, I change this review.)
==============
All functions I've ever used on my child Fire devices (7 '' and 8.9 ''). For other devices, I can not comment.

PS: However, if you have Internet (I mean a smart phone or tablet with a browser), you get all of these videos also available on the ARD library page. Moreover somewhat clearer from the menu. But I will not talk about the usefulness of apps here. A practical thing is to open an app for videos All times --- especially the Kinlde Fire (Table) anyway (without the care itself) yes no Flash animations permits; So hardly videos from Internet browsers happening ...
