The action of the book takes a little time to start but when it really starts, we have to want to read on to find out what happen to all these people in times of war ... Émouvant especially at the end, the novel is more for students of 3rd that the language level is appropriate for younger children. I also recommend "A life, death," a book by the same author which is extremely beautiful and covers the two world wars.
