What do the capsules with me?
I'll usually 1 or 2 capsules in the morning before breakfast one, because I have found that I simply feel awake, without the restless feeling that triggers coffee with me. When running training I notice especially that I really get up to speed - especially when I was lazy time 2-3 weeks gives me L-carnitine to "kick up the backside" to durchzustarten properly.
How much do you need?
It depends on the purpose. I use the capsules actually not to lose weight, but generally to activate my metabolism. For me rich in all cases 2 capsules per day. If I'm doing a long running sessions (from 20 km) there are usually 3-4. 2 capsules to activate before the start and 2 capsules to the fatigue occurring after (always diligent to drink). After 5 months I've still the first box. Who really EXERCISING to reduce fat should be used with the recommended dose of max. Expected 2x2 capsules daily (on non-training days, I'd reduce the amount - is a matter of taste).
What can I expect from the preparation?
No miracles. Without training goes there nix. Anyone not trained, will feel more alert (and sometimes you get the feeling you glowing formally with energy). Who trained, will then feel less exhausted. The capsules were for me so far a great support.
Werd I buy again?
Yes. Are good to swallow to get here very cheap and serve their purpose. If I want to try other drugs (tyrosine, arginine, etc.) then I buy the addition. It is also possible to me the effect of an independent judge from each other.
