- Vertical differences in brightness (the notice but only with certain, large area distributed colors);
- Tendency to orange coloring of the underexposed areas of the skin (which, however, in the "Dynamic Contrast" setting usually disappears)
- Granularity for DVD playback (whatever is on the DVD quality, because it is very different from film to film)
- Halos at the top and bottom (but actually only occur in 90-100% brightness, and this is a setting that you can hardly work anyway).
All that is in my opinion more than offset by the very good color rendering and image sharpness. The color fidelity in digital photos is compared to the expression, remarkably high. For word processing are the settings "Text" or "Internet" very suitable and not too bright. What brings out "Dynamic Contrast" setting for details of photos, is remarkable. Games you can anyway excellent.
I think the switch from a CRT monitor on TFT makes at the beginning always problems, and the 931C is probably just bought from people like that want to switch from the tube and find interesting the "extended color space". If you have but only once acclimated, the 931C turns out to be a good choice.
Incidentally, noises of any kind I have not heard from my. Even pixel errors are not occurred so far (after about 7 weeks).
Conclusion: Consistently emfehlenswert!
