Denied warranty

After 18 -monatigem below-average use of the case, the telescopic handle loosened so that a user is no longer possible, unfortunately. After contacting the company Sagenta me a telescope rod was provided, which I shall assemble themselves. However, this is possible only by a specialist because otherwise the case would be damaged. Many e-mails followed, the warranty but is rejected by the company. One could not help me.
Amazon also lets me out in the cold.
Sad that this company steals from its responsibilities ... and Amazon does not take action against it.
