No transfer - because of Plug and Play

Have connected to my TV adapter. There nothing happened.

Then I was asked to download an updated driver for my Renesas USB 3.0 host controller.
This has been successfully installed.
On my TV, I saw still nothing but a blue screen.

The installation of the driver from the driver CD came to nothing.
It remained the Empty blue screen on the TV.

Both the monitor of the PC and the TV was correctly identified in the expanded configuration.

In the Window: could adjust screen size on the TV can be varied.

But the most important transfer of the monitor image via HDMI to the TV did not work at all!

The screen remained blue.

I have these installations on the safe side 2 removable plates (each with an independent Windows 7 Professional - performed system.
The result was the same.

Endless wasting time with total frustration!

For this purpose even a week long delivery time.
