The pace is still frenetic from beginning to end. There are the central characters and a few others lon has known and appreciated in the second volume.
As things look hopeless, it's hard to imagine how it can end positively.
Jai had trouble again on another reading, as always javais this trilogy in mind. The other books seemed to me dull and "soft" side.
Trilogy must read.
