Product:
Fine powder with high protein content. In drugstores there is less protein and more carbohydrates. So be careful when buying!
This powder can do little wrong! There are of course better Prdoukte, but for the price you can not complain!
The powder should be mixed well in the drink (eg milk), otherwise there will be lumps powder. The dosage should be read on the packaging.
(Caution: this is not a panacea, it is merely a food supplement to the normal basic needs who waived the right food and the powder used as a substitute, endangers the health!)

One can take a post-workout shake or a few hours before training. (Why before training? It does not burden the stomach during training and is also dosed while exercising).
My tip: you should drink a shake 1-2 times a day of practice. The best between meals. Throughout the day it is effectively applied as equal right after training. It satisfy hunger and can serve as a substitute sweets. However, an overdose does not help! Muscles take only so much on of proteins they need. The rest is stored and depends Dan firmly in fats! So do not think that muscles always grow once a shake is taken;)

Price / performance ratio was top! Flavour in many varieties and high protein!
