Effective balance, but series of fault! (2 tested scales)

I received this kitchen scale Tristar 22 January. It worked perfectly until the end of June when she began to refuse to come on. I noticed that it was necessary to move the battery inside to make it work, so I could use me two more weeks. I also changed the battery in case, but it has not solved the problem.
Unfortunately, this weekend, my balance has completely stopped working. It does not light up at all after only 5 months of use, and I'm not used it every day. I would add that the precision is not really 1g, 2g I would say.

In short: effective balance, weighing the ingredients with an accuracy of about 2 g, but with an extremely short lifespan. I will buy more from this brand balance of the shot.

Following my complaint, Amazon has replaced my balance by another of the same model. 1 year later, she has the same as the previous malfunction. It seems that this is a serial defect which affects switches in the stack. We must therefore "tamper" battery before use balance ... Conclusion: I finish it and I never bought Tristar balance.
