Williams at his best

With EPII doyen John Williams has created a single sound artworks. Compared to his last film scores (where little new emerged) it brings in addition to tried and true methods EPII new aspects into it - it was the use of electric guitars (!!) or groovy percussion arrangements. These new Earwigs come (Across the Stars, an absolute highlight) in different variations. The highlight, however, is that to 6 casually and randomly weaves Williams more and more well-known themes from EP4 in the score. As a successful example of the outburst may be mentioned Anakin on Tatooine, where very quietly and gently resonates the "Imperial March". All in all a fantastic listening experience!
