only partially suitable for men with some upper arm circumference

For a 2-meter man like me, who still makes this a little strength training (very in moderation, not bodybuilding) fits the mobile phone pocket so just around the upper arm (if not to say: she sits quite close). To make matters worse, the Velcro needs to be guided by two slots (one can be seen on the product photo), which are a perfect fit. If the whole thing needs to happen at the right upper arm (because the Bluetooth headset that will) and you're right-handed, one is faced with a challenge.
