Breathable? Not with me ..!

I was looking for a mattress cover with the nice addition "Watertight". When unpacking the support already crackles like a half-empty potato chip bag. Laid down on the mattress and even rose to meet me the unpleasant odor of the schooner. First raised a Spannbetuch, ignoring the pungent smell and tried to sleep on. In vain! I was sweating after a few minutes on the back and crackle that was very unpleasant. After another 10 minutes I then peeled and packed right back the rest. Not advise!

Today I got a call the company Lumaland on my private mobile phone (How come the ever at my cell phone number ?!). A nice gentleman came forward with the demand, why the product had gone back again and why was I supposed so posted a negative review. After clarifying the facts my dissatisfaction was very serious but also accepted Understanding. The request for deletion of this review I'm going to be fair, NOT. This is my opinion of the product and will remain so;)
Only for customer service I could now write a positive review. That's why I forgive now 2/5 star for the product. The mattress topper is with me but still unfortunately a flop.
