Bioshock was one of my best purchases ever, since I play Video Games! I never thought that it is possible to pack almost entirely without video sequences such an extensive story in a game. In all other modern story-heavy action games it's always the same: You play a piece, then a video, then again play a piece, etc. In Bioshock there at the beginning of a pair of short videos (crash, first plasmid) and one at the end; but that was about it. Nevertheless, it has managed to create the creators an extremely dense atmosphere that just captivates you! The detailed graphics, audio diaries, the sayings of the splicer, the radio messages, the way one finds certain situations put a lot more into the action as the permanent change between video and games. For me Bishock is therefore unique and a video game as it should be (other games often look like movies are interrupted by the games). The gameplay can be a choice if you play it like a first-person shooter or Survial horror. There are for the first person shooter fans a whole bunch of weapons with which you ballert through the levels, coverage examines weapons tuned and selects ammunition + weapon depending on opponents. For the fans of survival horror, there are plasmids. To this end, let me say that I play almost exclusively with plasmids and melee (wrench). I would have liked it if there would be a difficulty without weapons - only plasmids, camera and wrench. In a game with plasmids best to play to be effective very passive. Stay in cover and then from a safe distance Splicers, Big Daddy and play the security system up to today. It's always nice to have 2 Big Daddy fight against each other, or have a Big Daddy attack by the security system, and even to send a few splicers so. I know of no other game where you have so many ways to cope with situations like Bioshock. Turn I play exclusively in difficulty "expert" and always find new ways opponents. Conclusion: Horror and action at its best - unlimited purchase recommendation!
