Actually the ceiling makes a completely opposite impression: It is rather thin and light. Nevertheless, I already sweating in a few minutes under the blanket very, although it is not hot outside and I sweat and rather little. The ceiling is just not "breathable", it feels as if it were an air-impermeable plastic sheet.

This is my experience. You must not coincide with other opinions to. I for one can not really recommend it!
