If there is something that you need really fast, then a mousetrap. :-)
-------------------------------------------------- ---------------------
Long version:
The last mouse was hanging piepsend and panic fidgeting with the paws in the snap trap. The did so sorry. :(
Therefore, the snap traps decommissioned remained as it rustled again after 4 days.
3 days, there was competition, the mouse against my self-built live traps.
The mouse was victorious.
In these 3 days I set out on live traps clever, learned from the reviews of the mice in the small traps with fear to die because they are embedded in a coffin, and found to offer the local DIY stores only this little coffin-traps as "live traps" ,
So I ordered the 3rd day this great live trap made of sheet metal on Amazon.
On the 4th day it was delivered (that was really fast! Thank you!) And installed.
As bait, I have a touch of chocolate hazelnut cream painted at the end of the ramp, so that the mouse can find the entrance.
The interior of the case was with kitchen paper designed so that it is not too cold mouse overnight.
To make it the Mouse otherwise lacks nothing the table was abundantly covered.
For the main course I served a 3-course meal from Kassler, cheese & toast.
For dessert Milkyway and nut nougat cream was served.
For refreshment gabs melon and a bowl of water.
The next morning I found the little mouse in a trap.
I almost häte overlooked it.
Be sure to look into the entrance gaps!
Anxious mice use the space under the ramp as a cave to hide.
