Positives:
+ Easy to install.
+ Good sound through headphones (as is sometimes described a "muffled sound" I could not tell me everything was always very clear and punchy)
+ Various sound modes, these make perfect sense and have in the various applications me (gaming, listening to music quite helped etc., were respectively an enrichment)
+ Course in voice chat, my team-mates could always understand me perfectly and have confirmed a good quality and intelligibility.
+ Comfort, I find the headset is pleasantly light and provides for me a good comfort, it pushes even after several hours (this is certainly dependent on the particular user, or is perceived differently.
Negatives:
Some items may be necessary not interesting for everyone, I just execute once the on thing that bothers me personally.
- Mic monitoring, the possibility I can hear through headphones itself. This has been repeatedly criticized here and I can only confirm this to you have to really put the mic in front of the mouth, but then also loud pop and breath noise noticeable to hearing himself.
As long as you can not adjust the volume of the Mic Monitoring function, this function is almost non-existent.
- Background noise in quiet passages is activated in Mic unfortunately constantly hear a buzz, etc..
In shooting games etc. this is hardly noticeable, since it is really very quiet and makes etc. noticeable rather at Schleich passages in menus.
- Control of game and chat volume.
Let's at least massively disturbs me to a point. The headset has two volume controls, one for Game and necessitates for chat volume, yet it is not possible this to regulate separately, there will always be both simultaneously either raised or lowered, what a permanent regulate via the game menu, you have the the volume, the game turn down so each time you play, it harmonically sounds in the headphones and one also understands the chat partner.
This is, however, certainly not on the headset but in supporting the PS4 for this function.
Wen the negative points so should not bother to try this headset.
I had to send it back again, because I just have then but disturbed the last point and the background noise and the low hum.
